Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Version 1, seeks an AI Service Line Lead to own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for go-to-market AI services. This strategic role shapes how Archer positions AI capabilities to clients, aligning with market trends and business objectives.

You will assess the AI landscape, map current offerings, identify gaps, and develop a compelling GTM strategy. You will also support pre-sales, mentor cross-functional teams, and communicate value to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in defining and implementing AI strategies or AI transformation programs in a leadership or advisory capacity.
• Strong familiarity with AI architecture, machine learning, generative AI, data platforms, and related emerging technologies.
• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for growth within the AI services domain.

Responsibilities

• Assess Current AI Landscape
• Map and evaluate existing offerings, accelerators, skills, references, and partnerships to understand Version 1’s current state of AI capabilities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the existing portfolio, including where offerings should be retired, refreshed, or newly created.
• Conduct Market Research
• Stay informed on AI trends, emerging technologies, and niche market opportunities relevant to Version 1’s target industries and customers.
• Analyse competitor positioning and recommend strategic differentiators that align with the company’s vision.
• Develop AI GTM Vision & Strategy
• Formulate a compelling, forward-looking AI strategy that integrates partnerships, accelerators, methodologies, and a reference architecture.
• Articulate clear “why” and “how” behind the strategy, highlighting its alignment with overall company goals and customer needs.
• Support Pre-Sales Engagments
• Act as a trusted advisor and SME, supporting early-stage pre-sales conversations and shaping senior client engagements.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution scoping, and proposal development to showcase Version 1’s AI capabilities.
