Job summary

Omnea is seeking an exceptional Solutions Associate to join our New York office and support the deployment of the Omnea platform for enterprise customers. You’ll assist with product configuration, data preparation, and initial implementations, mentored by S&I leads, with a clear path to broader customer-team roles.

We’re looking for ambitious, technically savvy, highly organized teammates who communicate well and are eager to learn. Visa sponsorship is not available for US employees at this time.

• Support S&I Leads with product configuration, data prep and initial implementation for customers.
• Learn the Omnea platform deeply and become the voice of product depth.
• Collaborate with customers to set up configurations and ensure value delivery.
• Progress into full-stack Customer Solutions and related roles over time.
