Job summary

Omnea is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to own the most complex customer-facing technical problems, from integrations to cross-system issues. You will guide AI‑assisted investigations and apply human judgment to determine safety and impact in live enterprise environments.

You will act as the senior technical voice between Customer, Product, and Engineering, setting high technical standards and contributing to the evolution of our support function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4‑8+ years in a customer‑facing technical role at a fast‑growing SaaS company.
• Strong communication skills for engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Background in software development, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest technical problems: lead investigation and resolution of complex customer issues – integrations and cross‑system bugs.
• Direct AI to accelerate first pass while applying human judgment on risk and safety.
• Be the SWAT team between Customer, Product, and Engineering for escalations.
• Engage in live implementations to resolve technical complexity with the implementation team.
• Spot patterns and feed the product roadmap with well‑defined input for future work.
• Document learnings and build tooling/playbooks to raise technical quality as the team scales.
