Qualifications

• 4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment: startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or similar.
• Strong ability to write clear, specific instructions for AI tools and evaluate results.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT and translate processes into Omnea configurations.
• Design target workflows: approvals, routing, integrations, and edge cases in procurement.
• Own deployment sequencing across multiple integrations and define success criteria for go-live.
• Present configured workflows to stakeholders and drive adoption post go-live.
