Job summary

Omnea in New York is seeking an exceptional Solutions Associate to join our customer team. You’ll support deployments, configurations, and integrations, becoming a product expert and voice of depth as you grow into broader customer-facing roles within 1–2 years.

You may be a fresh graduate or have up to 3 years post-uni experience, with a path to senior S&I, account lead, or technical solutions roles. Visa sponsorship is not available for US employees.

Responsibilities

• Support S&I Leads with product configuration and data preparation.
• Assist in the implementation of the Omnea platform during the first 12–24 months.
• Develop product expertise and grow into broader customer-facing roles.
• Learn from a team of experts and mentors within the Customer function.
• Help set customers up for success by ensuring data quality and configurations.
