Job summary

SHI to accelerate AI opportunities across all sales motions within its Advanced Growth Technologies organization. The Business Development Manager - AI Solutions will support sales with AI expertise, guide partner programs, and drive growth through strategic AI initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-4 years in business development, sales, partner management, technology solutions, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with AI solution support and market insights.
• Drive growth for SHI's AI Solutions through strategic programs and partner engagement.
• Develop AI-focused initiatives to identify, engage, and convert new opportunities.
• Deliver training sessions and mapping exercises for customers and partners.
• Monitor AI opportunity pipelines and ensure alignment with growth strategies.
• Educate sales on AI solutions and Full Stack AI technologies.
