Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director - AI Sales & Solutions to lead SHI's AI opportunity development across all business units.

You will build and mentor a team of AI Advisors, aligning internal and partner resources to identify, qualify, and accelerate AI opportunities. The role calls for establishing repeatable AI sales motions, managing AI solution portfolios, and delivering AI initiatives across Applications, Models, Infrastructure, and Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years in IT, AI, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related areas.
• 4+ years of leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Sales & Solutions organization to develop customer-centric AI solutions.
• Scale a high-performing team of AI Advisors for opportunity identification and pursuit development.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to design AI solutions.
• Operationalize repeatable AI sales motions and qualification methodologies.
• Oversee AI solution architectures for scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive net-new AI pipeline across Public Sector, Enterprise, Global, and Commercial units.
• Coordinate with AGT resources and partners to support pursuits and delivery.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
