Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments.

You'll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live in production across multiple accounts from day one, handling full-stack deployment with measurable business impact. You will design data pipelines, own components end-to-end, and collaborate with customers to translate their challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery, with a production system to showcase.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong data modeling, APIs, and integration design.
• Able to work with sales teams and customer architects.
• Ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs.
• Tinker with AI/tools and stay curious about what's coming next.
• Enjoy collaborating in group settings.
• Willing to travel ~25% to work with customers.
• English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for organisations.
• Design agent intelligence with prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Create dashboards to monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Surface platform gaps and provide product feedback to teams.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into agentic solutions.
