Job summary

Salesforce’s Fin team seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge customer needs with product innovation across strategic accounts in the US. You’ll work hands-on with customers, shaping solutions, and collaborate with R&D, Sales and Product to deliver measurable outcomes.

Join the frontier of applied AI, own projects from inception to delivery, and travel to client sites as needed. Hybrid work policy applies; be ready to engage with customers in-person while leveraging a flexible setup.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with real-world software development.

• SaaS product experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock AI capabilities and scale support operations.
• Embed with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams to deliver projects to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success and Product for seamless experiences and feedback.
• Contribute to evolving Forward Deployed Engineering with best practices.
