Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components and drive measurable business impact across accounts.

You’ll thrive on real code, be hands-on with AI tooling, and have a track record delivering customer-facing projects in public sector, higher education, or nonprofit settings. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, ideally with an AI tech stack.
• Experience delivering customer-facing projects (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompts, APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to ship production-ready components in enterprise environments.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to work directly with customers.
