Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise client base. You will scale technical solutions, support sales, and improve internal processes to enable faster, higher‑quality outcomes.

This remote-first role offers opportunities to collaborate across customer onboarding, demonstrations, and productization of integration patterns. You will work directly with customers to architect solutions, develop enablement resources,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python required; strong software development knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Experience working directly with customers, iterating on technical solutions.
• Ability to identify and standardize patterns for scalable integration.
• Empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience with customers in any capacity is acceptable if focused on technical work.
• Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources to improve sales team effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self‑service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to realize them.
