Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise base. You’ll work with account executives and customer teams to architect integrations and deliver tailored demonstrations that showcase value.

Based in Singapore, the role involves regular travel to customers, collaborating with product teams to productize integration patterns, and creating self-service tools and enablement resources to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt messaging to audiences.
• Experience working with customers on technical problems and scaling solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self‑service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real!
