Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks an exceptional Solutions Architect for our Customer Solutions Team in the United States. You will engage as a trusted advisor, shape value across the sales cycle, and partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to align AI-powered Fin solutions with customer needs.

You will lead technical discovery, present high-impact value propositions, and drive POCs. Travel occasionally, with a competitive OTE and strong growth potential within Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical sales role with C-level engagement.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into Fin solutions for tech and business audiences.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering to capture customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver high-impact value presentations for pre-sales.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and technical sessions.
• Design tailored POCs to showcase Fin capabilities.
• Own responses for RFPs and address security questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture the voice of the customer.
• Build trust and drive customer success through empathy and curiosity.
• Contribute to best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbooks.
