Job summary

StepFun is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to work with our US sales team on client‑facing engagements. You will own the full pre‑sales cycle—from discovery to live demos, POC delivery, and basic integration—helping close deals and drive revenue.

You will translate business needs into technical architectures using LLMs, AI Agents, and multimodal models, deliver demos, write integration code, and collaborate with engineering and product to ensure viable, differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/SE or related field.
• 2+ years in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales within AI/cloud computing.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM projects to production.
• Bonus: SA experience at a major cloud provider or AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales technical cycle from discovery to production handoff.
• Design solutions and live demos for clients.
• Deliver POCs, write integration code, tune prompts, and build knowledge bases.
