Workato, Inc. seeks a Presales Solution Architect to join its global solution consulting team in New York.

You will own the technical alignment with customers during pre-sales, crafting future-state architectures for AI agent workloads and validating solutions through workshops and POCs. You will collaborate with AEs, other architects, and Customer Success to evangelize our platform, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate business needs into scalable integration architectures.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven pre-sales experience with SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery and architect proposed solutions using Workato products.
• Deliver custom product demonstrations and run POCs (on-site or remote).
• Collaborate with sales, SEs and CS to advance deals.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical alignment and validation.
