- Familiar with quota/commission structures.
- Strong prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
Responsibilities
- Close new business through relationship-based selling.
- Master the Podium story and value proposition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Align Podium solutions with prospect objectives.
- Handle objections and advance deals.
- Collaborate with account teams to drive revenue.
- Stay informed on AI and tech landscape to advise prospects.
