Podium, based in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring for a sales role focused on closing new business through relationship-based selling. You will evangelize the Podium story, align solutions with client objectives, and drive quotas month over month.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work in our Phoenix, AZ office 5 days a week (M-F).
• Demonstrated leadership ability and hunger to win business.
• Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role.
• Experience with quota and commission structures.
• Transactional deal cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Successfully close new business through relationship-based selling
• Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
• Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
• Collaborate effectively with the account team to drive new business
• Proactively keep abreast of the industry and technology landscape
