Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. seeks an experienced AI Sales Engineer to accelerate adoption of AI Security solutions across the region. You will shape GTM strategy, drive greenfield and existing account growth, and enable regional Sales Engineers with the latest product capabilities and live demos.

You will lead technical engagements, support architecture reviews, provide POCs, and assist deployments in self-hosted environments while evangelizing best practices in agentic AI security to CTOs and CISOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in technical sales including AI specialization.
• Experience engaging with cloud/AI security engineers and data scientists.
• Understanding of ML, DL, and generative AI.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Knowledge of AI security concepts and agentic AI tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience deploying production apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI Sales Specialist to shape GTM for AI Security solutions in the region.
• Enable and train regional Sales Engineers on product capabilities and live demos.
• Provide support for discovery, architecture deep dives, and POCs.
• Assist customers with deployment of AI Security in self-hosted environments.
• Maintain demo environments, and oversee certifications and training materials.
• Engage channel and reseller partners to close AI Security opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and close business.
• Lead customer-facing engagements including architecture reviews and demos.
• Facilitate post-sales handovers for successful deployments.
• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise AI leaders.
• Act as an AI evangelist on best practices and secure deployment.
