Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an AI Sales Engineer to drive pre-sales for our AI security solutions and to accelerate customer adoption across the region. You will partner with the AI Sales Specialist to shape the GTM strategy, enable regional Sales Engineers, and lead technical engagements with enterprise buyers.

You will perform architecture reviews, POCs, and hands-on deployments, train partners, and evangelize agentic AI security practices while traveling up to 50% to deepen relationships and ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience, including ≥2 years in AI.
• Experience engaging with cloud/AI security engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML architects.
• Hands-on experience deploying production applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Sales Specialist to shape and execute the GTM strategy for AI Security solutions across the region.
• Enable and train regional Sales Engineers by ensuring proficiency in product capabilities, roadmap, and live demos.
• Provide comprehensive support for technical discovery, architecture deep dives, and POCs during the sales cycle.
• Assist customers with seamless deployment of AI Security solutions in self-hosted environments.
• Maintain and manage demo environments, certifications, training materials, and benchmarking.
• Engage channel and reseller partners to close AI Security opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, qualify, and close AI Security business.
• Lead customer-facing engagements including architecture reviews, demonstrations, and training.
• Facilitate post-sales technical handovers for successful deployments and long-term success.
• Cultivate relationships with CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise AI leaders.
• Serve as an AI evangelist to educate on agentic AI best practices and secure deployment.
