Job summary

Truepic is hiring an Account Executive to join a small team selling directly alongside our founder and president. Enterprises are trying to automate more and more of the decisions that depend on evidence from the physical world, and none of them can do that without knowing the evidence is real.

We verify photos and videos at the point of capture, then run AI analysis on that verified evidence so customers can automate underwriting, claims, and inspection decisions that used to require a person.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales with a history of carrying and hitting a new business quota.
• Self-motivated with the ability to build your own pipeline.
• Experience running mid-market deals in the $30K to $200K ACV range with multiple stakeholders.
• Thrives in a small, remote team and is accountable for own results.
• Charismatic with strong storytelling and a consultative approach.
• Familiar with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger or MEDDIC).
• Comfortable learning and selling a technical product; uses AI/automation in outreach and proposals.

Responsibilities

• New logo acquisition; own the sales cycle from first outreach to close across use cases.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasts with CRM hygiene.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative entry points into target accounts.
• Run mid-market deals in the $30K–$200K ACV range with longer cycles and multiple decision makers.
• Bring AI-forward mindset to selling and use models to enhance outreach and proposals.
• Partner with Customer Success on pilots and ensure a seamless end-to-end journey.
• Provide feedback to product teams to optimize roadmap and resource allocation.
• Travel for in-person sales calls, events, and training as needed.
