Job summary

EY in the United States, including Fort Worth, is seeking an Associate Director of Information Security AI engineering. You will lead the application of AI, build agentic workflows with Claude and Python, and guide risk and policy teams on AI use across the function.

The role is hands-on with no direct reports, focusing on secure, auditable automation and defining standards for AI-powered reporting and validation. Requires senior-level Python and enterprise AI experience.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering.
• Experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Strong Python, including automation of document and data workflows.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program, prioritizing impact.
• Guide teams on where to apply AI and agentic AI within the function.
• Establish practices for safe, consistent AI adoption across the function.
• Define verification for AI output and reconcile against source data.
• Set engineering standards for agent scope, prompts and tests.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security to secure AI tooling approvals.
