Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the COO and Operations Manager on initiatives.
• Turn rough ideas into organized, polished deliverables.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, dashboards and reports.
• Analyze store metrics and business data for insights.
• Create internal communications and training materials.
