• Partner with business leaders at all levels to build, manage, and execute project plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and workstreams to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with IT on technology evaluations, pilots, testing protocols, and solution validations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for innovation initiatives; identify process gaps, challenge existing approaches, and drive the adoption of improved methodologies.
• Provide project transparency and visibility to leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Understand systems, products, and operational workflows to ensure project alignment with business strategy and objectives.
