This full-time, on-site role reports to the COO and Corporate Operations Manager and partners with leadership to improve communication, organization, and execution across departments. The position focuses on project management, information organization, and creating polished deliverables without coding or software development.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Hands-on comfort using AI tools for practical work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on strategic projects.
• Turn rough ideas into organized, polished deliverables.
• Build presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and business performance data.
• Track and present client KPIs on weekly calls.
• Use AI tools to draft and speed up work across departments.
• Spot inefficiencies and build reusable templates and workflows.
• Manage timelines and follow-through across priorities.
