Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Project Coordinators to support a leading AI lab's GenAI program, serving as the operations bridge between program leadership and domain experts. We are looking for capable coordinators to keep AI data projects on track and help scale the team.

You will organize AI data projects, onboard new experts, track deliverables with Google Sheets and Excel, and help refine project guidelines with researchers and product partners.

Qualifications

• Location: Based in the USA.
• Education: STEM background strongly preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in project coordination or PM, cross-functional leadership.
• AI fluency: hands-on experience on AI data or training projects.
• Ideal: prior AI/data program coordination at large tech firms or EPM/project‑lead on AI training projects.
• Skills: strong data management (Excel, SQL) and some coding.
• Leadership: prior people management or ability to lead large groups.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for AI data projects and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Collaborate with leads and domain experts; turn inputs into guidelines and share with teams.
• Onboard and support new experts as the program grows.
• Join weekly reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls when needed.
• Spot quality issues, identify root causes, and share findings across teams.
• Refine project guidelines with researchers and product partners.
• Flag roadblocks early and help resolve them.
• Track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay flexible as project needs evolve.
