Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager on the Product Acceleration team to lead product‑strategy engagements with Chief Product Officers and leaders at GovTech and EdTech software companies.

You’ll translate customer roadmap challenges into AWS‑powered plans and drive AI adoption across product development teams. You’ll build executive credibility with a track record of shipping innovative products, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with account teams to move

Qualifications

5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, DB/Storage).
Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing products/services.

Responsibilities

Create and qualify opportunities that drive mutual growth through product innovation.
Synthesize market and technology trends into digestible insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
Proactively research companies to prototype new ideas and align with account teams to position Product Acceleration.
