Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Solutions Architect in the Product Acceleration program to help customers bring new ideas to market using cloud‑native architectures and GenAI solutions. You will craft architectural proposals, lead workshops, and publish best‑practice knowledge within the AWS community.

This role involves deep technical leadership, high‑impact design work, and collaboration with sales and engineering teams to drive AI‑driven software product development across top AWS customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to customers.
• Lead efforts to capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the AWS solution architect community.
• Learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds across AWS customers and service teams.
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy with the Sales team to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.
• Help customers build and migrate applications, software and services on the AWS platform.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
• Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.
