Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the Product Acceleration team in the United States. You will lead product-strategy engagements with CPOs and GovTech/EdTech leaders, translating roadmaps into AWS-powered plans and driving adoption of AI across product development.

You will balance executive storytelling with hands-on delivery, shaping opportunities, aligning with account teams, and unblocking progress to help customers turn ideas into working

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Data & AI related technologies experience (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage).
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules; experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead product‑strategy engagements with CPOs and GovTech/EdTech leaders to translate roadmaps into AWS-powered plans.
• Drive change management to help organizations adopt AI across their product development organizations.
• Create and qualify opportunities that drive mutual growth through product innovation.
• Synthesize market and technology trends into insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Align with account teams to position Product Acceleration for new engagements and unblock progress.
