Job summary
BCG X seeks a Product Owner (Associate/Senior) with Salesforce expertise to drive GTM across Marketing, Sales and Service. You will lead roadmap creation, define KPIs, and translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions using Salesforce and related tools.
The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience in industry or consulting, familiarity with Marketo/Eloqua, and strong stakeholder management. A commuting distance to a US home office is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools like Marketo or Eloqua.
- Ability to evaluate business/technical trade-offs and prioritize requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead roadmap creation and strategy for digital transformation on SFDC platform.
- Own multi-channel growth strategy across marketing, sales, and service.
- Define KPIs and drive implementation of SFDC roadmap with business impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive execution and value realization.
- Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
