• Be the authority within a multi-disciplinary team to identify high-value use cases for GTM across Marketing, Sales and Service.
• Lead roadmap creation, strategy, execution and optimization for digital transformation with Salesforce as a platform.
• Own multi-channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-service.
