Job summary

BCG X in Boston is expanding its Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and seeks a CRM/ GTM strategist to drive Salesforce-based initiatives. You will join a multi-disciplinary team focused on identifying high-value use cases, mapping them to GTM improvements, and delivering measurable outcomes.

In this role you will lead roadmaps, define KPIs, and partner with leadership to scale digital solutions across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Define optimal GTM strategies and high-value use cases for SFDC.
• Lead roadmap, strategy and execution for digital transformation projects.
• Own multi-channel growth plans across marketing, sales and service.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive roadmap execution and KPI definition.
• Measure outcomes like acquisition, retention and ROI.
