BCG X, the tech-focused arm of the Boston Consulting Group, seeks an experienced CRM strategist to drive Salesforce-based transformations for multi-channel B2B growth. You will shape roadmaps, measure ROI, and align marketing, sales, and service with client needs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making within a dynamic consulting environment. You will lead critical initiatives, partner with leadership, and optimize platforms to unlock scalable value

Qualifications

• Experience defining business goals, user needs, and market demands to define a product direction.
• Ability to evaluate business and technical trade-offs and prioritize requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a clear CRM modernization vision.

Responsibilities

• Be the authority within a multi-disciplinary team to determine the optimal strategy to identify highest value use cases to unlock GTM across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Lead roadmap creation, strategy, execution, and optimization for clients around digital transformation with SFDC as a platform.
• Own multi-channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self-service.
• Define, execute, analyze, and optimize Salesforce technical use cases from pilot to scale with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with X and core leadership to drive execution and roadmap implementation.
