Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an End-to-End AI Product Owner to lead AI initiatives within a Line of Business or platform. This role partners with business stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations, cost control, and client service performance, translating objectives into sprint-ready plans.

You will balance strategic initiative shaping with hands-on backlog ownership, collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure feasible, compliant, and measurable outcomes;

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjustor workflows, or insurance servicing models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflow bottlenecks, leakage drivers, customer friction points, regulatory risks, and client performance commitments; translate into AI use cases with measurable objectives.
• Decompose initiatives into epics and features reflecting real-world workflows; ensure requirements account for integrations, adjustor behavior, client reporting, and compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to validate feasibility and downstream operational impact.
• Own and refine the product backlog; prepare stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Engage with delivery team during sprint; clarify nuances of claims processes and regulatory rules.
• Monitor adoption and metrics after deployment; adjust backlog priorities based on real-world performance and measurable impact.
• Balance operational urgency with backlog governance under client escalations or regulatory deadlines.
