Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an End-to-End AI Product Owner who will drive AI initiatives across a Line of Business or claims domain. You will partner with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements, translate them into actionable backlogs, and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver practical, compliant solutions that improve claims operations and client service.

In this role, you’ll own backlog governance, write clear acceptance criteria, and monitor adoption and impact

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjustor workflows, or insurance servicing models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own AI initiatives for a specific Line of Business or claims domain from inception to deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements and translate into sprint-ready backlogs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure feasible, compliant solutions with measurable impact.
• Own and refine the product backlog, write detailed acceptance criteria tied to real workflows.
• Monitor adoption and performance post-deployment and adjust priorities based on feedback and results.
