Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an End-to-End AI Product Owner to own AI initiatives for a Line of Business or Platform. You will partner with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements in claims operations, cost control, and client service, translating objectives into sprint-ready plans.

This role blends strategic shaping with hands-on backlog ownership, collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure practical, compliant, and measurable impact. Remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjustor workflows, or insurance servicing models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product initiatives for a Line of Business or platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations and client service.
• Translate insights into clearly defined AI use cases with measurable objectives.
• Decompose initiatives into epics and features aligned with real-world workflows.
• Maintain and refine product backlog and acceptance criteria with delivery teams.
