Sedgwick is seeking a Product Manager/Owner – AI to drive end-to-end AI initiatives within a Line of Business or platform. You will partner with business leaders to shape AI-enabled improvements in claims operations, cost control, and client service performance.

The role combines strategic initiative shaping with hands-on backlog ownership and daily collaboration with AI engineers and data scientists to deliver practical, compliant solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjustor workflows, or insurance servicing models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI initiatives for a Line of Business or platform, partnering with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements.
• Translate objectives into structured, sprint-ready execution plans and backlog items.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to validate feasibility and impact.
• Balance strategy with hands-on backlog governance and daily delivery work.
• Monitor adoption and performance post-deployment, adjusting priorities as needed.
