Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner – AI to own AI initiatives for a specific line of business or claims domain. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements, shaping strategic direction and translating it into sprint-ready plans.

The role blends strategic initiative shaping with hands-on backlog ownership, daily collaboration with AI engineers and data scientists, and ensuring practical, compliant, measurable outcomes across claims workflows.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles in insurance/claims.
Strong understanding of claims operations and servicing models.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
Strong stakeholder communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end AI initiatives for a line of business or platform.
Define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations and client service.
Translate objectives into sprint-ready execution plans.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists for feasibility and impact.
Backlog governance with prioritized, value-driven features.
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; monitor post-deployment adoption.
