Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Product Manager AI to own end-to-end AI initiatives for a specific line of business or claims domain. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations, cost control, and client service performance, turning insights into sprint-ready execution plans.

You will blend strategic initiative shaping with hands-on backlog ownership, collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure feasible, compliant, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjuster workflows, or insurance servicing models.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations and translate objectives into structured sprint-ready plans.
• Own backlog, prioritize by business value, and collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders and align delivery with timelines.
• Monitor adoption and performance after deployment and adjust backlog priorities accordingly.
• Balance operational urgency with disciplined backlog governance in regulatory environments.
