Sedgwick is seeking an End-to-End AI Product Owner to drive AI initiatives within a Line of Business or platform. This role partners with stakeholders to define AI-enabled improvements to claims operations, cost control, and client service, translating goals into sprint-ready execution plans.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, collaboration with AI engineers and data scientists, and ensuring solutions are practical, compliant, and measurable in impact.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management or Business-Technology roles within insurance, claims, or managed services
• Strong understanding of claims operations, adjuster workflows, or insurance servicing models
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences

Responsabilités

• Understand workflow bottlenecks, leakage drivers, customer friction points, regulatory risks, and client performance commitments.
• Translate insights into AI use cases with measurable operational objectives (e.g., reduced claim cycle time, improved reserving accuracy, better fraud detection).
• Decompose initiatives into epics and features reflecting real-world workflows and ensure integration with systems and compliance requirements.
• Own and refine the product backlog with a focus on business value and enterprise AI portfolio constraints.
• Prepare stories with acceptance criteria aligned to actual claims scenarios and operational realities.
• Engage with delivery teams during sprint execution to clarify statutory and client-specific variations in claims processes.
