Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced builder to turn AI capabilities into durable products. You’ll work close to users, decisions, and production code, shaping the product through early testing and secure service evolution in a hybrid environment.

You’ll own complete slices from data and AI behavior to enterprise integrations, balancing quality, speed, and cost. The role requires 7+ years, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% while collaborating across product, design, and platform

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through launch, learning and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data and cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval, tools, or AI patterns.
• Evidence of automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance improvement.
• Experience turning evidence into better product decisions with users.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user and understand real workflows with domain experts.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permissions and secure data handling.
• Release incrementally, monitor live behavior, and respond to incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets to the platform.
