EY is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to help turn AI capabilities into trusted products. You will work close to users, product decisions, and production code, connecting the pieces that turn an AI demonstration into a durable product.

The role requires founder-like ownership, ability to test assumptions early, and the discipline to balance speed with accessibility, maintainability, and simplicity when evidence calls for it. Travel up to 50% and hybrid office options are available.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept to launch, learning, and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Applied AI experience with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar AI patterns.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and behavioral evaluation for non-deterministic systems.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, recovery, and performance.
• User-centered practice: working with users, designers, and product leaders to inform decisions.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code, thoughtful review, and solid trade-offs.
• Travel and On-site: up to 50% travel with hybrid office flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Start with the user and work with domain experts to understand workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior through instructions, context, retrieval, and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption to system behavior, latency, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permission boundaries and secure data handling.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets to the platform.
