Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery: take concepts to launch, learn, and adoption.
• Technical breadth: full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, cloud.
• Applied AI experience with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar AI patterns.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, recovery.
• User-centered practice: work with users, designers, product leaders to turn evidence into decisions.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code, thoughtful review, sound trade-offs.
• Up to 50% travel and hybrid office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user; work with users to understand workflows and friction.
• Test assumptions quickly with prototypes and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument journeys to relate adoption to system behavior, latency, failures, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permission boundaries and data handling.
• Own production quality: release incrementally, monitor, and recover from incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets for the platform.
