Job summary

Beast Industries, a multifaceted media and entertainment company, seeks a Talent Coordinator – AI Enablement to accelerate recruiting with AI-driven workflows. You’ll design AI-powered automations, dashboards, and data pipelines that make recruiting faster, smarter, and scalable, while preserving candidate experience.

Reporting to the VP, Talent and Technology, you’ll own recruiting operations, build real-time dashboards, and partner with recruiters to manage loops, feedback, and offers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR ops, or a high-volume operational role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms, or equivalent.
• Experience building dashboards or working with recruiting data such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, interviewer capacity, candidate NPS, or similar metrics.
• Strong written communication and fast, clear, and professional under pressure.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and scheduling or recruiting tools.
• Obsessive attention to detail and a builder’s mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-driven recruiting workflows and automate scheduling, communication, and data entry.
• Build real-time dashboards and surface insights for faster hiring decisions.
• Design a high-touch, AI-powered candidate experience at scale.
• Map recruiting processes, reduce friction, and push automation forward.
• Coordinate with recruiters to manage interview loops, feedback, and offers.
