Job summary

Ent is hiring a Director of Talent & Performance to design and run one continuous employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, leveling, performance, and growth, powered by AI rails.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition to close the loop on hiring outcomes, own competency ladders, and lead the merit and performance cycles. You’ll coach directors and managers, ensuring consistent calibration and fair, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Talent and performance is your expertise, not one of several things you've touched.
• You have designed and run a full performance cycle at 100–500 people.
• You have built job architecture or competency ladders from scratch across multiple job families.

Responsibilities

• Design one continuous employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, leveling, performance and growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to close the loop between hiring and onboarding/performance.
• Own competency ladders and ensure managers can make and defend level calls.
• Design and run our performance cycle and partner on the merit cycle.
• Apply agentic AI to streamline review prep, calibration, and reporting with human checkpoints.
• Own performance metrics for leadership visibility and rapid answering of questions.
• Be the People partner for directors and managers, guiding coaching and calibration.
• Build managers' capability to write evidence-based reviews and calibrate effectively.
• Maintain calibration line, including exceptions when needed.
