Job summary

Distyl seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience end to end in a fast-moving AI company. You will manage scheduling across multiple searches, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep pipelines moving.

You will maintain clean candidate data in Ashby, identify bottlenecks, and deploy AI tools to streamline communication and reporting. This role blends logistics with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting Operations at a high-growth startup.
• Proven ability to optimize scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve candidate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple reqs.
• Serve as primary candidate contact with a warm, informative tone.
• Coordinate complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and managers.
• Keep pipelines moving and flag bottlenecks early.
• Maintain candidate data hygiene in Ashby.
• Identify and implement AI-driven scheduling improvements.
• Support process improvements with the broader team.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual logistics, including debriefs.
• Assist with offers and handoff to People Ops.
