The role requires hands-on experience with modern AI tools and a strong blend of product and systems thinking to scale AI usage across departments. You will help shape AI strategy, ensure practical integration, and stay current with emerging AI trends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Embed with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Co-build AI workflows, automations, and tools alongside team members.
• Target efficiency gains across multiple functions such as finance, legal, HR, media production, and consumer products.
• Measure outcomes through time saved, cost avoided, and quality improvements.
• Facilitate department showcases and competitions.
• Integrate AI proficiency into hiring and performance management.
