Attain is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join our rapidly growing People Operations team. You will partner with the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to keep the process smooth, from scheduling to ATS accuracy and interview logistics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or related role; internship accepted.
• Currently using AI tools and building workflows from scratch.
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment with multiple calendars and time zones.
• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), Google Calendar, and Slack.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones and panels; be the candidate's main contact.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse) for reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Support hiring managers with posting roles, debriefs, candidate communications, and interview materials.
• Create a positive, high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Assist with sourcing (posting to boards, resume screening) as needed.
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports for the TA and People Ops teams.
