Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in the United States to drive the interview process end-to-end. You will manage calendars across time zones, craft clear candidate communications, and build AI-assisted workflows that streamline coordination.

You will also develop templates and automations to reduce repetitive work while maintaining data integrity in Ashby ATS. You’ll partner with engineering, research, product, and GTM teams to ensure a fast, human, and efficient candidate

Qualifications

• Manages many moving pieces (calendars, time zones, stakeholders) and keeps each one accurate.
• Writes clear, warm candidate communication that builds trust at every stage.
• Works AI-native and designs Human+AI workflows for coordination, not occasional AI use.
• Builds templates, automations, or systems that remove recurring manual work instead of redoing it every time.
• Keeps an ATS clean and reliable, and treats data hygiene as part of the job.
• Prioritizes shifting requests with your manager and flags conflicts early.
• Handles confidential candidate and interview information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational engine behind every interview loop for all functions.
• Make each candidate's experience fast, clear, and human.
• Automate the busywork so the team spends more time on people than calendars.
• Identify recurring friction in the hiring process and suggest improvements per quarter.
