Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth within the account through executive engagement and expansion of opportunities.
- Lead multi-year growth strategies and account plans.
- Engage senior stakeholders and position Genpact as trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue consulting, digital, data, AI, and managed services opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions ensuring value for client and Genpact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposals and delivery.
