Job summary

Confidential, a global AI and analytics partner, seeks a senior individual contributor to drive growth in its CPG/Retail practice in a hybrid New York setting. You will serve CIO/CTO/CDO stakeholders, shaping large AI transformation programs and leading cross-functional delivery teams.

You will guide GenAI/ML and data architecture decisions, collaborate with global teams, and mentor junior staff while shaping proposals, roadmaps and high-impact client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise AI/data consulting or related client-facing roles.
• Hands-on practitioner experience in the CPG/Retail domain with enterprise clients.
• Proven track record leading workshops, executive discussions, RFPs and SOWs.
• Credibility as a trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/CDO and analytics leaders.
• Knowledge across GenAI/LLMs, ML, data engineering, cloud and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account leadership to drive strategic AI conversations with enterprise clients.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive discussions and solutioning sessions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable AI, data and engineering solutions.
• Shape proposals, SOWs and transformation roadmaps; support large deal pursuits.
